The Ultimate Cleaning & Housekeeping Service is our premium domestic cleaning service option, designed and tailored for busy homeowners that want to have their cleaning and housekeeping entirely taken care of by the industry’s best-in-class team.

Whether you are a high-achieving corporate professional, have recently retired or just want your time back, we know that there is a selection of people living in London & the Home Counties that want to live in a pristine property without having to lift a finger.

Our service includes a regular, top-to-bottom clean of your property on a weekly or multiple-time-per-week basis.

It is accompanied by an array of housekeeping tasks like laundry, ironing, folding and tidying.

FAQs

Will I receive the same cleaning team for each booking?

Yes! We will hand select a cleaning and housekeeping team for your specific requirements, which will be there at each booking. The only time there might be a replacement is if one of your cleaners is unwell, has a private emergency to attend or is on holiday! We will always confirm this with you ahead of the clean.

Do you provide all the products and cleaning equipment?

Typically, we will provide cleaning detergents while our customers supply the equipment. If there is cleaning equipment that a customer does not have then we can either bring this to each booking or, if permitted by the customer, leave it at the property for each clean.

Who would by my point of contact?

You will have a designated Team Lead present at each booking that will be your point of contact for all aspects cleaning related. Our Team Lead will liaise closely with our office team, who are also available for regular calls to discuss the service and ensure 100% customer satisfaction!

Where do you operate?

We provide our Ultimate Cleaning & Housekeeping Service across London and the Home Counties, including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey.

What cleaning products do you use?

We import the highest-grade cleaning detergents available from Italy & Turkey to maintain the very best quality standards. The specific detergents will depend on the materials and surfaces in the property. If you would only like us to use eco-friendly products, then just ask and this can be arranged!

How regularly do you carry out the clean?

At a minimum, our Ultimate Cleaning & Housekeeping Solution is a weekly service. Most customers use the service 2 to 4 times per week.
