We use modified Steam Cleaning techniques to clean all types of upholstery.
We can also Steam Clean your curtains rather than taking them to the Dry Cleaners.
Although we do everything in our power to have your clean completed to the required standard first-time, our cleaners are human and mistakes do very occasionally occur.
Hence, to ensure there is 0 risk that a customer is left unsatisfied, we offer a 7-day guarantee period. If anything is missed, just let us know within a week of the booking and we will send a team back free of charge to go over the specified areas.
We take a small deposit (usually £60), upon making the booking. The outstanding balance is then due upon completion of the clean. We prefer that all customers are there at the end of the booking to make sure they are happy with the results.
However, we appreciate this won’t always be possible, in which case we can have the cleaners send pictures or a video of the property once the clean is completed.
Usually, we’ll send teams large enough to complete the booking in half a day. This allows customers to move out on the same day as the clean.
So, if the clean were to start at 9am it would finish at around 1pm. Excesptions might include if the property is very large, in particularly poor condition or if the booking was made at the last minute.
The number of cleaners on each End of Tenancy booking varies according to the size of the job and our schedule on the particular day. Generally, we send a team large enough to complete the booking in half a day. So, for example, if a booking is to start at 9am then the estimated completion time is 1-1.30pm. However, it’s always best to allocate an extra couple of hours to the booking just incase of any unexpected complications. If you have a key handover or inventory check-out on the same day, let us know beforehand and we will organise ourselves to ensure the booking is completed beforehand.

If there is anything missed in the clean, just send us a picture for us to verify and we will send a cleaner back, free of charge to go over the specified areas. Absolutely! When booking an End of Tenancy Clean , our cleaners will come prepared with all the equipment and supplies they need for the booking. Note, if you require Carpet, Upholstery or Curtain Steam Cleaning, then this needs to be booked in beforehand and parking might need to be arranged.

For our End of Tenancy Cleans, we usually take a £60 deposit to secure the booking, with the outstanding balance due upon completion of the clean. We’ll issue an invoice upon completion of the booking and a receipt once payment has been made. This way you’ll have physical evidence to show your landlord that you’ve had your property professionally cleaned.
No, all the cleaners need is access to the property at the agreed time and instructions on how to lock up the property when leaving. That being said, if possible, we prefer customers to be there at the end of the clean just to ensure they are totally happy with the service provided. We find it saves both parties time in the future when on the exceptionally rare occasion something is missed and the team need to return.
As long as the estate agents are in the vicinity of the property, then we are happy to pick the keys up for an additional £10 fee.
We appreciate the moving house is a balancing act of many parts, and if one thing falls through you might need to cancel or re-schedule the clean. As a result, we remain as flexible as possible. Just give us 48hrs notice ahead of when your clean is scheduled to start and we will return your entire deposit back, so there is no cost to you.
