We appreciate the moving house is a balancing act of many parts, and if one thing falls through you might need to cancel or re-schedule the clean. As a result, we remain as flexible as possible. Just give us 48hrs notice ahead of when your clean is scheduled to start and we will return your entire deposit back, so there is no cost to you.

No, all the cleaners need is access to the property at the agreed time and instructions on how to lock up the property when leaving. That being said, if possible, we prefer customers to be there at the end of the clean just to ensure they are totally happy with the service provided. We find it saves both parties time in the future when on the exceptionally rare occasion something is missed and the team need to return.

The number of cleaners on each End of Tenancy clean will differ according to variety of factors, including the size and condition of the property, whether you require any additional services such as Carpet & Upholstery cleaning and also the teams’ schedule on the day. As a general rule, we  ensure that we send a team large enough to complete the booking in half a day. That is, roughly, 4 to 5 hours. However, it’s always best to allocate an extra couple of hours to the booking just incase of any unexpected delays.

For our End of Tenancy Cleans, we usually take a £60 deposit to secure the booking,  The remaining balance is then due upon completion of the clean. We’ll issue an invoice upon completion of the booking and a receipt once payment has been made. This way you’ll have physical evidence to show your landlord that you’ve had your property professionally cleaned. 

Our policy for collecting/ dropping off keys is that we will do it free of charge, if it is within a mile of the property. If longer than a mile, we might have to charge an additional fee.
