Site Inspection.
We first conduct a thorough inspection of your carpets to assess their condition, fibre type, and level of soiling.
We identify high-traffic areas, stains, and problem spots such as coffee spills, ink marks, or wear from office chairs.
This allows us to choose the most effective cleaning method and products for your specific carpet type — ensuring safe, consistent results every time.
Pre-Treatment & Stain Removal.
Once we understand the condition of your carpets, we apply specialist pre-treatment solutions designed to loosen stubborn dirt, grease, and stains.
Each type of mark — whether from food, drinks, or general foot traffic — is treated with targeted cleaning agents that break down residues at the fibre level.
By addressing these before the main clean, we achieve a deeper, more even finish across the entire carpet.
Extraction Cleaning.
Using professional-grade hot water extraction equipment, we deep clean your carpets to remove trapped soil, bacteria, and allergens.
This process injects a safe cleaning solution into the carpet under controlled pressure, then immediately extracts it along with the loosened dirt.
It’s the most effective and recommended method for commercial carpets, leaving fibres clean, sanitised, and refreshed — without over-wetting or damage. Note, if after site inspection it is determined the carpet type is not suitable for Hot Water Extraction Cleaning, we will carry out an alternative Low-Moisture method.
Deodorising & Conditioning.
After extraction, we treat your carpets with a light deodorising and conditioning solution to neutralise odours and restore softness.
This helps rejuvenate the fibres, leaving them fresh to the touch and pleasant to walk on.
Most carpets are dry and ready for use within a few hours, meaning minimal disruption to your business operations.
Protectional (Optional).
To keep your carpets looking cleaner for longer, we can apply a protective coating (such as Scotchgard™).
This invisible layer repels spills, resists staining, and makes routine maintenance easier.

Yes! We understand that businesses can’t afford downtime, so we offer early morning, evening, and weekend appointments to fit around your schedule.
Note, carpets can take up to 12hrs to dry which is why we recommend weekend bookings for most businesses.
On average, carpets take 6-8hrs to dry and should not be stepped on without shoe covers during the window. Please note, however, that carpet drying times vary according to the carpet fabric, pile height and machine PSI setting.
We use various items of equipment to clean your carpets, depending on your specific needs. However, most commonly, the cleaning process will require the use of a SEBO BS360 vacuum cleaner, a TM3 CRB agitation device and an AirFlex Storm (800PSI) Hot Water Extraction machine. For our detergents, we use industry leading suppliers such as Prochem. If, during the preliminary site inspection, it is determined that Hot Water Extraction is not suitable, then we will use an alternative low moisture cleaning method.
The most common cleaning method we use for carpets is Hot Water Extraction, otherwise known as Steam Cleaning. This is generally considered the most effective method. Once your carpet technician arrives, they will assess the best course of treatment, depending on the type of fabric, level of soiling and the marks/stains. For certain, more delicate carpet fibres, hot water extraction will not be suitable and an alternative, Low Moisture Method will be used instead.
Yes we do. Our Carpet Cleaners bring a variety of industrial-grade cleaning equipment and we therefore need parking either at or very close by to the premises. If this is not possible, speak to one of our team and we might be able to arrange drop-off and pick-up for certain smaller jobs.
We will issue an invoice upon completion of the clean. For most bookings, we offer a 7-day credit window but this does vary according to the size of the booking and customer business. Our maximum credit period is 30 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that every stain will be successfully removed during the carpet cleaning process. That being said, we have an overwhelmingly positive success rate as exemplified by our reviews.
For most commercial bookings that are not on the ground floor, we will require access via a lift. That being said, if this is not available do speak to a member of our team. We might be able to send additional cleaners to help carry the equipment, or we may be able to perform the clean with a smaller, lighter carpet cleaning machine then usual. However, this might effect the effectiveness of the treatment which is why it is essential to let us know beforehand.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that we will be successful in removing 100% of stains from a carpet. Factors such as the type of stain, the carpet fibre, the carpet construction, the time since spillage and whether any over-the-counter (OTC) detergents have been used can all effect the efficacy of a carpet clean. That being said, in the vast majority of cases we are successful in removing stains as shown by our overwhelmingly positive Google Reviews.
