Do I need to be present for my End of Tenancy Clean?
In order to complete the clean, we need access to the property at the agreed time. Usually, we provide a 30-minute arrival window during which the team will arrive at the property. Customers can either stay at the property throughout the clean or leave the team to get on with it. Generally, we prefer for the customer to be at the property at the end of the booking to make sure they are 100% happy with the service. However, if this is not possible then just provide the cleaning team with instructions for what to do in terms of locking up. We also offer a key collection/ drop off service. If the collection address is within a mile of the cleaning address, then we will do this free of charge. Otherwise, we will need to charge a fee that reflects the time spent collecting/dropping off the keys.
Do you provide all the equipment and supplies?
Our team will arrive at your property with all the cleaning equipment and supplies that are needed to complete a 5* End of Tenancy clean. Our cleaners have tried every product out there and know what works best for your home. By using their own products, it ensures they are able to complete the clean faster, subsequently resulting in a more competitive price. Although we do accept customer requests to use their own detergents, we are unable to offer our usual guarantee if this is the case.

Absolutely! When booking an End of Tenancy Clean in Brixton, our cleaners will come prepared with all the equipment and supplies they need for the booking. Note, if you require Carpet, Upholstery or Curtain Steam Cleaning, then this needs to be booked in beforehand and parking might need to be arranged. The number of cleaners on each End of Tenancy booking varies according to the size of the job and our schedule on the particular day. Generally, we send a team large enough to complete the booking in half a day. So, for example, if a booking is to start at 9am then the estimated completion time is 1-1.30pm. However, it’s always best to allocate an extra couple of hours to the booking just incase of any unexpected complications. If you have a key handover or inventory check-out on the same day, let us know beforehand and we will organise ourselves to ensure the booking is completed beforehand.

For our End of Tenancy Cleans, we usually take a £60 deposit to secure the booking, with the outstanding balance due upon completion of the clean. We’ll issue an invoice upon completion of the booking and a receipt once payment has been made. This way you’ll have physical evidence to show your landlord that you’ve had your property professionally cleaned.
No, all the cleaners need is access to the property at the agreed time and instructions on how to lock up the property when leaving. That being said, if possible, we prefer customers to be there at the end of the clean just to ensure they are totally happy with the service provided. We find it saves both parties time in the future when on the exceptionally rare occasion something is missed and the team need to return.
As long as the estate agents are in the vicinity of the property, then we are happy to pick the keys up for an additional £10 fee.
We appreciate the moving house is a balancing act of many parts, and if one thing falls through you might need to cancel or re-schedule the clean. As a result, we remain as flexible as possible. Just give us 48hrs notice ahead of when your clean is scheduled to start and we will return your entire deposit back, so there is no cost to you.
