Our Deep and End of Tenancy cleans are very similar in terms of what is included.
The main difference is that for our Deep Cleans, we assume the property is full of the customers personal belongings. We will only clean internal cupboards/wardrobes/drawers if they are emptied out beforehand.
For our End of Tenancy Cleans, we assume the property is empty of all personal belongings, in which case internal cupboards/wardrobes/drawers are always included.
In terms of pricing, we charge the same for both.

For payment, we accept cash, bank transfer and card. Upon making the booking, we take an £60 initial deposit. The outstanding balance is then due directly to the cleaning team upon completion of the booking.
At Scrubs, we offer a 7-day return guarantee. If anything is missed, just let us know within 7 days of the clean and we will send a team back free of charge to go over the missed areas.
It’s entirely up to you! Whether or not you’d like to be in the property during the clean, we do ask that you leave the team a clear space to work throughout the job. If you want to leave them to it, just ask the Team Lead to call you with whatever notice period you would like ahead of completion!
