Our Deep and End of Tenancy cleans are very similar in terms of what is included.
The main difference is that for our Deep Cleans, we assume the property is full of the customers personal belongings. We will only clean internal cupboards/wardrobes/drawers if they are emptied out beforehand.
For our End of Tenancy Cleans, we assume the property is empty of all personal belongings, in which case internal cupboards/wardrobes/drawers are always included.
In terms of pricing, we charge the same for both.

Our triad of services takes care of all your requirements related to cleaning. Be it End of Tenancy cleaning, cleaning required before moving into your new home or office, or deep cleaning for your residence and office, we have you covered!
For payment, we accept cash, bank transfer and card. Upon making the booking, we take an £60 initial deposit. The outstanding balance is then due directly to the cleaning team upon completion of the booking.
At Scrubs, we offer a 7-day return guarantee. If anything is missed, just let us know within 7 days of the clean and we will send a team back free of charge to go over the missed areas.
Definitely! If you’re not going to be at the property for part or all of the clean, we are happy to pick up and/or drop off keys from an estate agency, friend or neighbour. If the key collection address is within a mile of the property address, then we will do it for free! If they are further away than a mile from one another, then there may be a small charge.
